1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover,) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Lake Wales Veterinary Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 3 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we’ll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com.

READY FOR ADOPTION
Eve was found on the side of the road a couple of months ago. She was hungry, lethargic and she had mange.
Fortunately, the girl who found her brought her to us. We immediately fell in love!!
She has been spayed, vaccinated, her skin has been treated and she has been given lots of love and is now ready to be adopted.
If you would be interested in giving Eve a loving home, come by between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday or between 9am and 11am on Saturday for a visit!!
